Klitos advises on litigation, corporate and commercial law, real estate, construction and energy. He holds a law degree and studied economics, which shapes a commercial approach to legal problems, and he completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) in England and Wales, which sharpened his advocacy and courtroom work. He is a Certified Trainer of the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus and holds a certification in arbitration from the Cyprus Consumer Centre.
He takes care of much of the firm's contentious work, from complex commercial disputes through to trial. He works fluently within the Civil Procedure Rules 2023 that reshaped litigation in Cyprus, and is equally at home in court and in arbitration. He runs a case from end to end: pleadings, interim applications, written submissions and the preparation of witness statements, as well as advocacy at the hearing itself. His disputes work extends to construction and contract claims, property disputes, and recovery of debts.
Alongside his practice, Klitos writes the firm's legal publications, more than one hundred and eighty articles and guides on this site, each verified against the primary sources recorded in the register of sources. He has been featured in Fintechview magazine on smart contracts, proptech and the use of AI in law.
