One address, two services

The Companies Law, Cap. 113 requires every Cyprus company to have a registered office in the Republic, notified to the Registrar of Companies: the address where official notices and court documents may be served. For companies established abroad, the same address works as a business address for correspondence in Cyprus, and it pairs naturally with our process agent and EU representative appointments.

What the fee includes

The address at Florinis 7, Greg Tower, in central Nicosia, held out as your registered office or business address. Mail received at our offices, logged, scanned and emailed to you the same business day, with originals forwarded by courier or held for collection as you prefer, and no charge per item.

Because the letterbox belongs to a law firm, anything that looks like service of proceedings, a statutory notice or a letter from an authority is flagged as such when we send it, not discovered in a monthly scan batch after the deadline has run.

The honest limit: a business address for a foreign company is an address for correspondence. It does not create a registered office, a branch or a tax presence in Cyprus, and if what you actually need is an establishment, we say so rather than sell you a letterbox.

Fees

A fixed annual fee per company

The fee is €400 per company per year, plus VAT where it applies, for the registered office or the business address service, mail handling included. Where a group needs several companies at the address, ask: we quote a reduced fee per additional company.

Together with the process agent appointment and the EU representative appointment, this is one of the three parts of the Cyprus presence pack, which takes all three together at a reduced combined fee.

Common questions

Does a Cyprus company need a registered office?

Yes. The Companies Law, Cap. 113 requires every Cyprus company to have a registered office in the Republic, notified to the Registrar of Companies. It is the address where official notices and court documents may be served on the company, so what matters is not the room but who is behind the letterbox.

What happens to mail that arrives?

It is received at our offices, logged, scanned and emailed to you the same business day. Originals are forwarded by courier or held for collection, as you prefer. Anything that looks like service of proceedings or a notice from an authority is flagged as such when we send it, because we are a law firm and recognise one when we see it.

My company is not a Cyprus company. Can I still use the address?

Yes, as a business address for correspondence with the same mail handling, and it pairs naturally with our process agent and EU representative appointments. What a business address does not do is create a registered office, a branch or a tax presence in Cyprus; if you need an establishment, that is a different conversation and we will say so.

What does it cost?

How quickly can it be in place?

After a conflict and client check we confirm in writing within one business day. For a Cyprus company the change of registered office takes effect on filing the prescribed form with the Registrar of Companies, which we prepare for you.
